  The body in this seat looks like a triangle, hence the name Trikonasana.  Method- Stand with two feet to two feet three feet conveniently.  This time, bend the upper part of the body from the waist to the left and look at the right hand that is stretched out like in this picture.  This time, practice this asana on the opposite side as before, that is, bend the upper part of the body from the waist to the right and touch the right leg with the right hand, and immediately bend the neck and look at the extended left hand.  In this position, relax the whole body as before and for 5 to 10 seconds, lower the arms on both sides of the body and stand straight.  Breathe for one minute after practicing this asana three times on each side and six times on both sides.  Benefits: This seat practice makes the spine simpler but more flexible as it increases blood flow to the spine.  Arthritis and pain in the spine are reduced in this seat, the curved spine is straightened.
